You might notice that most of the sections start with breathing or tapping. You can’t go wrong with these. And even if you tap without saying anything, it still works. Just think of what was creating stress while tapping.
 
The techniques are placed in a suggested order but any order can work. Choose what feels best for you.

Dance to 3 Songs
